CITT is pleased to welcome the newest addition to our team: Lena Wild, who joins us as our new Project Manager.

Prior to her new position at CITT, Lena served as a Graduate Assistant in the Department of Political Science and as a Student Assistant in the Office of International Students and Scholars beginning in the Spring of 2022 while pursuing her M.A. degree in Political Science at California State University, Long Beach. During her time with the Office of International Students and Scholars, she worked with a variety of students, performed administrative duties, and provided information about immigration regulations for F-1 visa holders. Lena was an Honor Student and member of the Pi Sigma Alpha National Political Science Honor Society, as well as an Awardee of the 2023 Summer Student Research Assistantship for a study on gendered inequality in natural disasters.

“Starting my work with CITT has been very exciting, enriching, and, at times, challenging in the best way possible,” said Lena. “I am thankful and honored to work with an amazing team and to be able to contribute to the important work this center does.”
